Dear Middle School Parents and Guardians,

I hope this message finds you well. We are writing to inform you of an important update regarding the cost of participating in extracurricular activities at our middle schools.

Beginning in the fall of 2024, the fee for participation in extracurricular activities will increase to $75. This adjustment is necessary to ensure that we can continue to provide high-quality programs and opportunities for our students. The increase is primarily due to rising costs associated with officials, travel, and facility costs.

We understand that this change may present a challenge for some families, and we want to assure you that we are committed to providing support where needed. There will be a family cap of $300 per year for students in middle school. If this cost is a barrier to your student participating, please contact your athletic office for more information about the available options.
